It is designed to help you identify how best to save energy and find the resources to do so. It is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and the Environmental Protection Agency. The Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy within DOE developed a very helpful “Energy Saver Guide” outlining basic steps on how to make your entire home as energy efficient as possible — from top to bottom.
